"Fantastic cottage and village. A fantastic cottage ideally situated right on the beach with a perfect size little garden for playing and eating out in. The cottage is very thoughtfully kitted out with a very well equipped kitchen and overflow fridge. It was ideal for two families sharing. The village Port Eynon was lovely 2 very nice pubs for eating out in a very useful shop and 2 fish and chips as well! Lovely beaches and a lovely part of wales- just beautiful! We had wall to wall sunshine - amazing! Thank you."

"Delightful and relaxed. My wife and I stay in Port Eynon as often as we can but always struggled to find the right accommodation to suit us, (we prefer B+B), Until we stumbled across The Rickyard B+B, we have stayed in most places that are available there but never found this place until now, I can't fault it, very clean, tidy, perfect position for exploring, and it's a stone throw from the beach and the pub which at the moment is the only place to eat apart from the chippys, very nicely set out rooms with plenty of space and nice big bathroom, the best breakfast you could wish for, I'm a big breakfast eater and was a bit worried about my order but it was perfect in every way, Jitu is a very good host and very friendly and humble, Thank you both for making our weekend stay so welcoming, we will definately be back soon. "Superb Relaxing Stay! Stayed in Fennel Cottage, for nine nights at the end of June. The Cottage was delightful with a garden over looking Port Eyenon Beach. The Cottage was very comfortable with 4 bedrooms sleeping 8. It was fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering stay! The house itself was spacious and modern inside with a lounge diner on the first floor with a balcony looking out to sea across the Bristol Channel. The whole arrangement of Cottages were all different in various shapes and sizes, but all were immaculately maintained and cleaned. The facilities Management were excellent, always on hand to answer any question and give advice on local amenities, without being over intrusive. The Cottages are set in the most beautiful village with a coffee house, surf shop, convenience store, Pub, takeaway or eat in Fish and Chip shop and a wonderful Restaurant called the Smugglers! These Cottages have been an amazing find due to the fact that they provide modern spacious accommodation in a stunning village setting, virtually on the Beach. For anybody seeking a totally relaxing Holiday in a home from home then this should be your first choice!!! Many thanks to the owner and staff of these splendid Cottages, keep up the good work and see you in the Autumn for a return visit!!"

"Carreglwyd and Malt house cottages. Wonderful! 18 of us stayed for the weekend in these 2 cottages to celebrate mine and my partners wedding in September. The cottages were well equipped, clean and comfortable. The large living and dinning room in Carreglwyd made socialising together during the days very enjoyable. There really was enough space in all areas of the houses for everyone. So often we have stayed in houses that sleep a certain number only to find there isn't enough communal space, not the case here. The owners were very easy to deal with and very helpful. Both properties were so close to the beach and the views from Malt houses balcony were mesmerising. The Ship Inn just around the corner also provides excellent meals."

"Second visit. 5 of us stayed in Cherry tree cottage and it was lovely just like last year in Malt. The house felt bigger even though there were less bedrooms, the homely feel of the property made the trip extra special. The house comes with pretty much everything you would need, only thing I would recommend is putting in rolling pins, scales and possibly more baking trays in the oven as 2 shelves are provided but nothing to put food on. Anyone staying here must have a meal in the Ship Inn pub just over the road. Lovely food for a reasonable price and great feel to the place with their ship theme. The village is always quiet and the beach is great with just a few minutes walk and you're there. Definitely worth every penny and would stay again."

"Awesome Week at Apricot Cottage, July 2022. My husband, best friend and Teddy, our cockapoo, stayed at Apricot Cottage for a week, arriving on Saturday 16th July 2022 and what an awesome week we had! Booking this cottage was so easy, Jitu was always available to answer questions about our booking/stay. Apricot Cottage is superbly located, next to the pub (which offers great food and drinks), 2 minutes from the shops/takeaways, and 2 minutes from the beach of which, part is dog friendly and great for paddle boarding. There is no need to leave the local area as everything is within walking distance. If you do want to venture out and about, I'd highly recommend Broughton Bay and Rhossili Bay. The Cottage has everything you need too ... comfortable beds, lovely, clean bathrooms with fluffy towels, super fridge/freezer (ice cubes were waiting for us!), washing machine, dish washer - everything you think you need, it has! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jitu and Apricot Cottage to all my friends/family."
